Has Chauncey Billups made himself tradeable...?

ok...maybe not....but Rodney Stuckey has clearly made a stronger difference this post-season as opposed to Chauncey....is it fair to reward Rodney Stuckey next season by having him still come off the bench as he continue to progress?
