Whats worse a skip dumper or skip hoker?

I'm ordering a skip, last time i got one i found a heroin addict pulling stuff out because he seen a computer monitor. I told him to get the hell out and wait half an hour i'll get it for him. I'd everything neatly packed into the skip and i wanted it kept that way. I got him the monitor and pentium one computer but he was nowhere to be found. The skip cost me 110 quid, 3/4 full so i asked the neighbours any crap they want to dump? they all said no thanks. I turn my back for 5 minutes to have my lunch and guess what? yep some dirty dumped a piss stained mattress into it. But not neatly which really annoyed me. So whats worse skip hoking or skip dumping on the sly?
