The secret to getting RICH AND MAKING a lot of money is not working but using OTHER people's HARD WORK?

So I was thinking about investing in this small company HSR which seems like a sound company even though it is small. They have a total of 86 employees LESS THAN 100, and interestingly enough on their site they have a position open for one of their emblers and they have to have this big long certification test ped for engineering and 2 years experience in embly etc. etc.. Then it came to me if I by stock in the company and they are successful and pay me large dividends those dividends are coming from the backs and work of these 86 employees that in my case will probably NEVER even meet right? Some of the major shareholders of a company like that might know virtually nothing about electronic embly and technology but they can STILL MAKE A HUGE PROFIT and they still make WAY MORE than the 86 employees since they are using THEIR KNOWLEDGE and work and profiting from it. So isn't that the key then? Don't try and think up and do brilliant things, and don't try and manage things yourself: invest in companies with smart management and start your own business by hiring people that are SMARTER and can work harder and better than you can. Well am I right on this philosophy in general or what?
