Is Rohit Sharma the most over-rated young batsman in world cricket?

He's the Frank Lampard of cricket, if u know what i mean...does well at his club/state but falters when playing for his country. Just hope he does well this year and has (hopefully) improved....he did get one crucial 50 in the last T20 WC and a couple of other innings in Australia.He looks like a really good player and has played well in crunch situations.He isnt the next Tendulkar/Lara tho and there are other better players like De Villiers,Duminy,Raina etc.
