UV (Blacklight) Tattoo - South Florida?

Ive been looking for a tattoo shop that is willing to do a UV tattoo, but with little success obviously considering the fact most tattoo shops are scared of the "effects" they might have.. even though there are brands such as Chameleon ink which contains no phosphorus or everglow. If anyone knows of any shops that will do a blacklight tattoo in south Florida, maybe Miami or Fort Lauderdale, i'd appreciate it.
