What is the highest ranked NCAA team foreign NBA players can be on and still be regular contributors?
Hypothetically, if foreign NBA players like Pau Gasol, Manu Ginobili, Hedo Turkoglu, or Goran Dragic where allowed to play on an NCAA team, how low down the rankings would you have to go before you find a team where a foreign NBA player could get regular playing time and contribute?
