Cost of head gasket exchange ? (T reg Fiat Punto 1.2 8v 75 BHP)?

Typical symptoms for blown head gasket occurred and couple of other things need to be done like manifold polishing, spark plugs, oil and filter, water pump, new oil tank cap and bayonet also new oil filter and oil change and I think also thermostat needs to be done since fan is not working any longer. I have ordered all genuine Fiat parts (also NGK spark plugs, Castrol 10W40 semi synthetic motor oil and some genuine Paraflu anti freeze lubricant so parts are not a problem) I am quite worried about labour costs and eventual tests (compression etc.) Where it will be done cheaper. Individual specialist or Fiat dealer ? And what's the approximate labour cost for something like that ? Cheers for help
