Rate/Fix my Yugioh Deck?

tade out CEDs for either dark bribes or for one mirror force and one magic cylinder. CED in itself is decent but not worth it. if you dont want to run those, or cant then i suggest some phoenix wing wind blast. they are awesome. trade out one lightning vortex for e-tele. also put in 1 more krebons. and take out spear creatin. he is a random card in this deck build. this looks alot like my skilldad deck....very similar except for the traps. i give it a 6/10. you might rank top 16 with the deck the way it is now, and might get top 8 if you do the changes. also run a cyber dragon. he is SO good.
